mood rating: a bit stressed because you're trying to make a good job of it Time: about 30 minutes of focus and thinking Zen Specially for Marcie. To make green curry properly you need to think like one of those beautiful Thai women and be self contained and focused and quiet. No throwing stuff in. Less is more. Put your heart into it. I fail at the focus, because I am too busy stomping around shouting things like "get those football boots off in the house" and "If I see another one of those tiny rubber band things I'm chucking the whole lot in the bin" You need
Ok now think Zen. calm, breath in and out. Put the rice in the rice cooker which is the best gadget EVER and if you don't own one go out immediately and purchase one.
Serve and wait for the plaudits! Yum. I may have to make this again soon, if I can get my Zen head on.
