1. Chicken and Bacon - can't go wrong with this
Boneless chicken breast. One for every two people or one each for hungry people Cream cheese Streaky bacon toothpicks Cut boneless breast in half across the middle so you have two fat pieces put it on a chopping board and put gladwrap on top hit gently with a rolling pin until it flattens Get a teaspoon and put about two or three teaspoons of creamcheese in the middle (be careful if you want to eat the cream cheese later not to get the raw chicken in the cream cheese - use a teaspoon for getting it out, and another to put it on!) Roll it/fold it in half with the cream cheese in the middle wrap the bacon around the chicken and hold it with a toothpick Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes YUM! 2. Amazing yum chicken Chicken breast (you will need a big breast for every two people or one each for hungry people) milk flour salt and pepper smoked paprika 1 egg slice chicken into fingers about 2cm wide put in a bowl and cover with milk. leave for at least 20 min (can leave overnight) Mix 1 cup flour with 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1Tablespoon smoked paprika (if you're feeding heaps - you will need to make more of this) and put in a shallow bowl (like one you would eat cereal from) Crack egg into another cereal bowl, and add 2 Tablespoons water and whisk well with a fork until it is evenly mixed Take a piece of the chicken and dip inthe flour, then in the egg, and then in the flour and put on a baking tray with oil on it. Your fingers will get coated! Bake chicken in the oven at 180C for about 20 minutes. Serve with oven roasted potatoes (they will take about 45 mins) and green veges
