Save this for soup or sandwiches Put the chicken in a slow cooker, cover with water. Bung in left over veges if you want Cook on low all day. NOW do this end bit even if you get home and are really tired. Under NO circumstances leave it to do later. You WILL NOT do it later. Put sieve or colander over big bowl Dump chicken carcass into bowl. Double bag chicken bones, and put in bin so the dog won't eat it Put the chicken stock into a jug and use it.
