skill rating: easy as mood rating: fairly keen, and feeling a bit smug about being organised Time: about 20 min you need - 4 sausages - flash ones, not the budget chipolatas, but if you go to pak'n'save after the weekend they are always marked down, - 1 sheet of puff pastry. Cut pastry into quarters Put a sausage on each one and roll up. Use a wet finger to glue the edge down. Put seal side down and cut into 4 make some little slashes on the top. Brush with milk if you want, it doesn't really matter but they look better with milk on top. If you are rushing put milk in a glass and smear it on with your finger. (wash it first but) Bake at about 200C for around 15-20 min Hand around and say "yes, I did make these".
