So I didn't used to like omelettes that much, but then I learned how to make them properly and they are yum as. To be honest the best omelette maker in the family is my 12 year old. She is quite selfish though, and predominantly makes them only for herself. They are easy peasy, and low in carb if you're into that sort of thing. Which I am periodically - mainly after I've seen a photo of myself and go holy shit, who is that fat chick, and then realise it's me, and vow to go no carbs until I'm super skinny. I only ever last about 24 hours.
Anyway easiest easiest breakfast or even a perfectly respectable dinner, especially if you put a salad on the side But who can be bothered with that. You need:
Alternative additions. Other things you can add are cooked mushrooms, chopped up bacon or ham, or tomatoes. It is annoying having to cook those things when you are using the frypan to cook the omelette. Solutions are as follows:
